Kulsoom Roy has 11 years of experience in commercial real estate, property management and development. She has built a solid foundation of corporate clients through her extensive expertise and market knowledge in all three areas. Her clients have constantly sought her advice and trusted her judgment on many large deals.

In addition, Kulsoom has been very successful in marketing and which has helped drive sales and deal flow. She is well known for her great customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and delivering a positive experience for all parties involved.

Kulsoom is a Cabarrus County native and resides in Concord, NC. She graduated from UNC Charlotte and is fluent in Hindi, Urdu and Guajarati.
